FORMTRUTH / FAQ
Search practical answers about jewelry sourcing, design, samples, production and delivery.
A language you choose manually is retained as a browsing preference across the home page, styles, Studio and knowledge content. If content is unavailable in that language, the interface should show the available versions for you to choose rather than silently switching the site to English. Language and country are separate preferences and can be corrected independently.
No. Registration does not itself create marketing consent. Registration, transaction and necessary project messages are separate from marketing subscriptions. Marketing requires a separate, clear consent, and you can unsubscribe through the route provided in the marketing email or the available account preference. Changing country or language is not marketing consent. Necessary business notices follow the relevant account or project authorization.
Country selection affects browsing-region settings, including available sales-region currencies, configured prices, payment options and address fields. It is separate from language, company registration country, seller legal entity, dispatch origin and final delivery destination. An IP address may suggest an initial country, but you can correct it. For a transaction, confirm the actual delivery address and the quote’s currency, payment, import and tax arrangements.
Your selected language remains a browsing preference across the home page, styles, Studio and knowledge content. When an article or guide has no version in that language, the interface should show the available language versions so you can choose one. It should not silently reset the site to English. Public guides explain decisions but do not replace the technical or commercial terms in a quote or order.
System emails use the configured recipient locale when a translation exists for the specific template. This does not mean every template is translated into every language. Your browsing language and country remain separate preferences, and browsing language does not by itself determine every email’s locale. For a specific message, the relevant account or project setting and the template’s available language determine what to check.
Necessary registration, transaction and project messages are separate from marketing subscriptions. Necessary business notices follow the authorization connected to the relevant account or project. Marketing requires separate, clear consent; changing your browsing country or language does not create that consent. Manage marketing through the unsubscribe route in the email or the available account preference. Other notification controls depend on the actual setting shown in your account or project.
An IP address may suggest an initial country, but you can correct it using the country selector or preference shown in the interface. After changing it, review the sales-region currency, configured prices, payment options and address fields. Country and language are separate preferences. For an order, the actual delivery address applies rather than the initial IP suggestion. If the correction does not persist, check the relevant account setting or contact support.
Access to addresses, files and conversations depends on the relevant workflow and permissions. Public browsing, FAQs, guides and articles do not require an account. Private projects, approvals and account-linked collaboration require an authenticated account and the relevant team permissions. A specific order uses the delivery address entered for that order. The exact people who can access a particular item must be confirmed in its account, project or order permissions.
Contact support from the account associated with your request and state whether you need access, correction, export or deletion of personal data. Identify the relevant account, project or order without sending a password or unnecessary sensitive files. The response must consider the applicable privacy requirements and records that need to be retained for an active transaction. Check the privacy policy for the current contact route.
A studio project share link identifies the saved project, while access is still checked against the recipient’s account and project permissions. The sharing window lists who can currently open it. Forwarding the link does not add a new recipient or make the project public. Check the audience before sharing and manage team access through the account. Local files that have not been submitted are not part of the shared project.
