FORMTRUTH / FAQ
Search practical answers about jewelry sourcing, design, samples, production and delivery.
Use Search styles or SKU in the header, or the catalog search field. Enter a full style code or SKU for a precise match, or search a distinctive word in the style name. Open the result to check the exact specification, available sourcing modes, current quantity conditions and price basis. If you cannot find the style, contact support with its code and an image you have permission to share.
Yes. Select Save style on the product page. If you are signed out, the sign-in window opens first. Once the save succeeds, the control shows the saved state, and the style is available in your account’s Saved styles area. Select the saved control again to remove it. A saved style is a reference, not a stock reservation or order.
A guest procurement list is stored locally in the current browser. Signing in on that same browser does not replace the selection with an empty list. However, clearing browser storage or switching browsers may lose an unsaved local list, so do not treat it as cloud-synced. Adding items still does not place an order, reserve stock, approve a quote, or authorize manufacturing.
Signing in on the same browser does not replace the existing selection with an empty list. The selection list is stored locally in that browser, so do not assume it is cloud-synced or merged into a separate account project. Private projects and authorized procurement collaboration are separate account-linked records and require relevant team permissions. Review the list after sign-in and verify each item, variant, sourcing mode, and quantity.
Treat each variant and sourcing mode as a separate list choice. A style’s displayed specifications and selected sourcing mode may affect the applicable availability, MOQ, or price basis. On the actual style page, choose the variant, sourcing mode, and quantity, then add that combination to the list. Check the current availability, MOQ, and price basis shown for that choice; formal terms come from the applicable quote or order flow.
No. A procurement list organizes intended purchases; adding an item does not place an order, reserve stock, approve a quote, or authorize manufacturing. Variant, sourcing mode, and quantity remain choices to review. Payment and stock allocation follow the actual order flow, not the act of adding an item to the list. Before proceeding, check the formal quote or order details, including scope, quantities, currency, costs, payment steps, validity, and trade terms.
Open the procurement list and use the quantity controls on the relevant row, or the remove action to delete that row. Each row identifies its style, specification and sourcing mode. The page checks the applicable minimum, quantity step and stock limit. Review any notice after changing quantity. These edits update your planned selection; they do not change a placed order or reserve stock.
Check an unavailable listed style against the current status on its actual style page. Do not assume it is reserved, will be restocked, or can be substituted at the same price or MOQ; the list does not allocate stock. Review the displayed availability, variant, sourcing mode, MOQ, and price basis. If the style is missing or an alternative is unclear, contact support with the style code and list context before proceeding.
Account-linked saves require sign-in and are useful for keeping styles to revisit. A procurement list organizes intended purchases and can specify a variant, sourcing mode, and quantity for review. Neither a save nor a list entry reserves stock, accepts a quote, or creates an order. Use saves for styles you may want to view again; use the procurement list to organize purchase combinations you are actively evaluating.
The selection list is stored in this browser and has no public export or share-link control. For team collaboration, sign in and use an authorized procurement plan with named collaborators and the relevant permissions. The saved plan is separate from the local selection list. Do not treat forwarding a private project link as adding a collaborator. Keep private addresses, files and payment information in the authorized account or project workflow.
