FORMTRUTH / FAQ
Search practical answers about jewelry sourcing, design, samples, production and delivery.
No. An AI-generated image is a visual proposal and may contain errors in structure, dimensions, materials or fit. Convert the selected direction into a structured brief, then confirm the reviewed technical or design version, relevant sample and production basis. Image generation alone is not production approval, and a rendered image or web 3D preview is not manufacturing CAD.
No. Virtual try-on helps explore visual styling, but it does not verify exact dimensions, weight, comfort, stone retention or real optical appearance. Check the actual product dimensions and specifications before purchase or approval. For fit decisions, use real measurements or a physical sample, and record which version and conditions the decision covers.
You can browse the studio and develop the idea fields before signing in. Meaningful guest edits are retained locally in the same browser when saving succeeds. AI generation, account saves and project sharing require the sign-in and access checks shown for that action. A local draft is not a cloud project: use an account save before relying on access from another browser or device.
Check the studio’s save status after editing. Guest drafts are retained locally in the current browser; signing in lets you save the project to the account. Reopen it from your projects and confirm the latest idea and reference version. If saving reports an error, use Retry and wait for success before leaving. Locally uploaded files that have not been submitted are not automatically included in shared project files.
Changing answers may change the concept’s direction, but the exact effect depends on the current studio and project behavior. Do not assume that earlier images, references, approvals or technical decisions remain unchanged, or that a revised concept updates a production version automatically. Record the current concept first, then compare the revised output and identify changes to materials, dimensions, components, finish, branding or intended use.
Sign in, complete the required starting choices and save the draft. Share your project shows the project link and the named people who can currently open it. Recipients still need the appropriate account and project access; forwarding the link does not grant permission. Check the audience before sharing. Submit locally uploaded files for review if they need to become part of the saved project.
Upload only person or work images that you are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate permission for a person’s image and the necessary rights for a work image; uploading does not transfer copyright, likeness rights or manufacturing permission. Keep private images in the account or project workflow, not public comments. Use images as visual references unless the project confirms otherwise, and use real measurements or samples for fit or production decisions.
AI studio conversations and saved design projects are not public article comments. Access to a saved project is checked against the signed-in account and its project permissions. The sharing window shows who can currently open the link. Review that audience and agree any confidentiality requirements before uploading sensitive work. Public comments are a separate space and should contain no private design, address or payment information.
First check the generation status and any retry or recovery control shown in the studio. Do not treat a failed, incomplete or delayed image as a production decision, approval or technical result. Keep the prompt, selected answers, reference files and attempt time so the project context is available for review. If the displayed controls do not resolve the issue, use the applicable account or project support route and include the project reference and permitted screenshots or files.
Prepare a structured brief before requesting professional review. Include the intended user or market, dimensions and units, metal, stone and finish direction, quantity, target timing, current reference files, branding, packaging, usage permission and approval contact. Inspiration, renders, web 3D previews and try-on images are visual aids, not manufacturing CAD or production approval. Submit the brief through the authenticated account or project workflow available to you, then confirm the reviewed and locked version, samples and project-specific commercial or manufacturing gates.
