Each campaign publishes its own thresholds. The current business workflow uses 30 pieces for agreement initiation and 40 pieces for sample initiation as defaults; a configured campaign may differ.

Reaching a threshold is not a substitute for the approved sample, reviewed design files, payment requirements or the production-ready gate.
Sample work should preserve the design intent and be reviewed with the designer. A finished sample, approved version and production requirements must be ready before manufacturing starts.
The published campaign policy should explain the refund or relaunch route, fees if applicable, and how buyers receive an update. Any relaunch or changed arrangement needs clear terms and the buyer’s decision.
Follow the published policy and track the refund or other agreed resolution through the order.
Explain the change, its effect on price or timing, and request a new decision before proceeding.
Keep the current status visible, explain the reason and agree the next action under the campaign terms.
Use your account to follow reservations, payment records, sample decisions and delivery updates. A demonstration campaign is for exploring the interface and cannot accept real payment.
