TERMS OF COLLABORATION
An organized reading of the decisions that connect design, sourcing, production and delivery. The accepted project documents carry the specific terms.
These guidelines explain how collaboration with FORMTRUTH works. Our public company name is FORM INTERNINTERNATIONAL. Before paid work starts, the accepted quote, order or contract identifies the contracting party, deliverables and commercial terms. These general guidelines do not replace that agreement.
Stock sourcing, repeat production, style customization, new design and designer pre-orders have different approval and payment routes. The agreed route should be named in the order or project.
Specify version, quantity, currency, inclusions, exclusions, validity and the delivery basis.
Name the agreed deliverables, revisions, charges and payment conditions before the work starts.
Keep the accepted quote, PO or contract and the agreed payment schedule connected to the project.
The client or designer should have the rights needed to submit references and files. The agreement defines the permitted review, development, manufacturing and publication uses. A web preview or AI image is not approved production CAD.
Use a reviewed, locked and approved design version as the production basis. File ownership, source delivery and confidentiality belong in the relevant agreement.
Sample approval, requested revision or a written sample waiver must be recorded against the relevant version. A later design, material or quantity change may require a revised quote, schedule and approval.
Agree inspection criteria, coverage and any testing requirements in advance. Shipment follows the order’s quality, approval and payment conditions. Trade terms must state the named place or port and applicable rule edition.
Published campaign terms define attribution, authorization, thresholds, sample milestones, payment and what happens if the campaign does not proceed. Production readiness and designer approval remain required after a threshold is reached.
Keep questions and reported issues connected to the order and its records. Cancellation, refunds, warranties, liability and dispute handling follow the accepted transaction or project agreement and applicable law. Ask the team to clarify a term before confirming your order.
