Identify supported materials and processes, current limits and any subcontracted stage relevant to the project.
Share milestones and changes that affect the order. Raise material or schedule risks early enough to discuss alternatives.
Use the agreed criteria, preserve batch identity and report findings. Rework and reinspection should follow the same reference.
