FORMTRUTH / FAQ
Search practical answers about jewelry sourcing, design, samples, production and delivery.
Enter your first and last name, company name, country or region, business email and a password with at least 8 characters; repeat the password to confirm it. Phone is optional. Complete the email-code verification shown in the registration form. Check the suggested country and correct it if needed. Joining through a company invitation uses the company identified by that invitation.
You can correct the country in editable account details when that control is available. Registration country, browsing preference, seller entity and delivery destination are separate data. Before ordering, recheck the delivery address, sales-region currency, configured price and available payment options. A change to browsing country or language does not automatically rewrite a confirmed order or its commercial scope.
Check the email address and your spam or filtered folders. Use the resend control after its displayed countdown ends, and use the newest code. Keep the registration or verification form open while checking your email. If delivery still fails, contact support with the account email and approximate request time. Never send a password or verification code to support or post it publicly.
Use the profile and company settings in your account to maintain editable contact details. To reset a forgotten password, select Forgot your password? on the sign-in form and follow the email verification and new-password steps. An email or company change may need a separate check; contact support when the required field is not editable. Never put passwords or verification codes in a message.
Review the editable company and billing fields in your account and enter the actual company name, tax details and billing address. Registration country, seller entity and delivery destination are separate details. Before ordering, compare the buyer and billing information in the order flow with the formal quote. Tax treatment depends on the transaction and destination, so confirm account- or order-specific requirements through support and the quote.
Yes. Authorized company owners can manage members in the account team area and create an invitation with a role and, where applicable, a purchasing limit. The recipient must accept the invitation; an invited member is not automatically an active member. Review each member’s role, status and access before sharing a private purchase or project.
Yes. The team settings provide roles and relevant permissions for purchasing, design, approval and finance responsibilities. A company owner manages the member’s role and any purchasing limits. Private procurement sharing also identifies who has access to that purchase. Assign the least access needed for each task, and review the named members before asking someone to approve a decision.
You can continue account-linked collaboration on another device by signing in to the same valid authenticated account, provided you have the relevant team permissions. Open the project after signing in and confirm access to its current version and approvals. If it is missing or access is denied, check the account used and contact support with the project reference. Keep private project files out of public comments.
Use the sign-out control provided in the account interface when you finish on a shared device. Before leaving, check the account page to confirm that the session has ended. Avoid saving the password where another person can access it, and never share it in a public comment or support request. If the available controls do not end the session, contact support for guidance.
To request account closure or ask about personal data, contact support using the account email and describe the request clearly. The handling process depends on the account and applicable circumstances, so do not assume a closure deadline, automatic deletion or other outcome. If the request concerns a project or order, include its reference. Do not provide passwords, payment instructions or unnecessary sensitive information.
